what amp should i run my kicker 12 inch subs with?

helo every one . i have a single cab isuzu van/bakkie/pick up . i purchased 2 x 12 inch dvc kicker subs es124 d4. to replace my existing pioneer 10 inch subs . but unfortunatly its nt soundn as good as i expected. i am runing it with a star sound gladiator amp. is it the amp thats to low power for the subs? i have a xtc 7d that i sent for repairs ..would that run the subs better? my box is end to end behind the seat and it has 2 x 2 inch ports. or is the subs to weak? the pioneers i had used to push out 138 dbs i doubt this kickers would push 100 dbs . please help me i want it to rock. :-(

my truck setup, random discussion, GIVE ME FEEDBACK!

I am currently overhauling a 2003 Silverado 1500 Ext. cab with the 8ft bed. The truck war purchased brand new by my dad's identical twin brother who passed away in August of 2008. Since then, the truck had been driven by younger cousin, who I bought it from in June of 2011 when he shipped off to the Navy. The truck had been used as a work truck for the entirety of it's life so, I had my work cut out for me. When I bought the truck from my cousin, it had the stock CD player w/ the tag display etc. and the stock Delco soft pressed paper cone door speakers.

OBCON Boxes

I've had quite a few boxes, ported and sealed. So far, my absolute favorite has been my OBCON GZ series 10" slot ported box. This thing makes my CVX 10 sound like a dang 12 setup. For those of us who don't build our own boxes for certain setups, I gotta tell ya these boxes are the absolute bomb diggity and have a lot of research and love poured into their design.

2 12" Kicker L7s with Rockford Fosgate T-1000bdcp

hey. im new here. i just recently bought some new L7s and i have a couple question. how do i break them in? how do i kno when there broken in? What would make these subs pound harder with my amp. The place i bought them said there 4 ohm subs wired down to 2 ohms. Im going to get that tested soon tho. wuld i beable to wire it to 1 ohm for both subs?

2 12 in. cvx 1000 watt kicker ix amp

ive got 2 12 inch cvx and a monoblock 1000 watt kicker ix when i put up the volume it cuts out dont know what the problem is the subs are 2 ohms 2 voice coils can someone please help

I got 2 15 Cvxs with a t1500 Rockford? Which amp would make my 15s hit harder they seem they aren't getting pushed
